Fumi Studio

Fumi Studio is a Polish production company founded in 2009 by Piotr Furmankiewicz and Mateusz Michalak with a passion for film animation and a desire to support young animation students. For this reason, the studio started its activity from producing short animated author-driven films. From that time until today, the Studio catches the best animation students every year, supports them and helps them make their debut animated films. Over the past 10 years, the studio has produced over 50 animated films that brought over 150 prizes from national and international festivals, including 18 grand prix. We are a leader among producers of Polish artistic animation and we are constantly developing. In 2012 Fumi Studio was recognized for its production achievements and received a prize for The Best Producer of Polish short, animated and documentary films at the 52nd Krakow Film Festival, funded by KIPA (Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commmerce).
