About
MESTIZO Films is a film company dedicated to the production of feature films, short films and documentaries. Its audiovisual productions seek to create, develop and produce works of great artistic quality that contribute to the culture of the country.
The Mestizo team manages projects in an integral manner and in all their stages, since it has experience in the development, production and distribution of more than 20 Peruvian and international films, working with production and post-production teams in Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Los Angeles and Spain.
It is currently developing different film projects in co-production, such as “Nanay” which won the Dafo Development Award in 2016; “Musquy” which won the Dafo 2018 production fund; “Delivery Girl” which won the Dafo 2019 production fund and was selected for the Málaga – Mafiz co-production forum and winner of the Ibermedia 2021 Program Co-production Fund; “Aida” finalist project at Filmarket 2020 and Cima Impulsa 2021.
