In Portuguese the verb ‘desviar’ means to deviate or to divert. The word was chosen by Desvia´s founders to represents the interweaving of ideas and encounters that result in new ways of producing audiovisual and artistic content. We have a stong focus on international coproduction and on producing films with strong orignal director led visions that experiment with narrative and form.
