The White Light City Film Festival—November 1-3, 2019—is a celebration of the power of cinema and the filmmakers who pursue their dreams. The festival focuses on meaningful films that inform, uplift the spirit, inspire creativity, and raise awareness. The White Light City Film Festival (WLCFF) is a unique film festival held in Fremont, Nebraska that celebrates film professionals as well as films connected to Nebraska. The WLCFF seeks to support a growing film industry and culture of filmmaking in Nebraska. The WLCFF also includes optional workshops covering the different facets of filmmaking. Workshops will be held during the day on Friday, November 1st, with kickoff festivities that evening and a special screening of NET's "And the Floods Came." Selected film festival submissions and student films will be screened throughout the day on Saturday, November 2nd. All filmmakers who submit a film will receive a complimentary ALL ACCESS PASS to festival, giving you admission to all Friday workshops, the Friday night Kickoff Party, and all film screenings on Saturday and Sunday.
