Third Horizon Film Festival

Third Horizon Film Festival is an annual celebration of cinema from the Caribbean, its diaspora and beyond. In particular, Third Horizon seeks to highlight work by filmmakers and artists who are interested in both the aesthetic and political dimensions of cinema, and who seek to go beyond imitative approaches to cinematic form, exploring radical and resourceful ways of representing the unique complexity of the Caribbean experience. The fifth annual edition of the festival will be brought to audiences from Third Horizon’s home in Miami, Florida from June 24 - 30, 2021. The festival will take place in both in-person and virtual formats, details of which will be published soon.
