Underwater film festival Neum

This is underwater film festival, in city of Neum in Herzegovina (BA). For the love of protecting nature, we started festival to promote all kind of underwater film's art, no matter what camera you use, no matter amateur or extreme proff - welcome. Festival is place to meet face to face, authors, public, journalists, 2 days in Neum in Herzegovina county. Want to host all finalist 2 nights in hotel Zenit, that authors can notice how spectators enjoy watching underwater arts. Please note, films must be shot at least 50% of the time underwater.
