The University of Southern Maine Husky Film Fest

USM's Film Club is bringing back our student film festival, with a new flair! No matter if it is your first time holding a camera or you have already been screened in multiple festivals, the Husky Film Fest is here to share stories from students in all stages of skill development and from all walks of life. Come to our one-night screening in Tabolt Lecture Hall located in Luther Bonney on our Portland campus and join us in our celebration of student film makers and for a chance to win some awesome prizes! The screening will be held at 7:30pm on May 4th. Last held in 2015, the Husky Film Fest has historically been an non-juried showcasing of USM student work. This year, we will have a jury that will select the best representations of student work to be shared at our live screening on May 4th. The festival is now open to all college and university students for entry-- USM STUDENTS-- EMAIL US FOR A FEE WAVER CODE FOR FREE ENTRY! The jury will be selected from faculty at USM and various other colleges and universities in Southern Maine (more information TBD).
