WE ACCEPT PROJECTS WITHOUT A PRODUCTION YEAR LIMIT, OR A TERRITORIAL PREMIERE LIMIT. Note: You do not have to be a winner to enter the distribution catalog. The distribution will depend on the needs of the market and the commercial agents. Therefore, your film may not win any awards, but it will be distributed. You can do all the international festivals you want. Once selected, you decide when to start the distribution !!! FREQUENT QUESTIONS: -YEAR OF PRODUCTION. Major festivals ask for a world premiere so that they have exclusivity on your project. We are totally against this. Projects cost a lot of effort and money, a festival cannot have that much power over YOUR project. That is why we do not limit registrations to territorial premiere or year of production. All projects deserve second and third chances. A great example is a movie from 2016, discarded by all festivals and distributors, and in 2021 we got him a seven-year contract with an international distributor and an 18-month contract with HBO Europe. CAN YOU SEND MY PROJECT TO DISTRIBUTORS WITHOUT NOTICE? No! We can send distributors, trailers or promotional material, but in no case will we send your movie or script without prior notice. AM I OBLIGED TO ACCEPT AN OFFER FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR? Absolutely NO. The project is always yours, all we do is contact distributors to help you find a commercial contract for your project. The offers we receive are sent to you and it is you who decide what to do with those offers. If you don't like the offer, we look for other options. WHAT DOES WAR OF FILMS EARN FROM DISTRIBUTION CONTRACTS? Any. It is a totally free service that we give as a festival. We believe that festivals have to try to help filmmakers more in taking the next step (screening is no longer enough).
