The Arab Resource Centre for Popular Arts (ARCPA/AL-JANA) is launching the 10th International Film Festival for Children & Youth to be held during December 2019 in Lebanon. Filmmakers of all nationalities are encouraged to submit their films made by or for children and youth under the theme of "Empowering Linked Communities in Times of Conflict – E-Linc." Films produced by children and youth under the age of 24 are especially encouraged. This year, the festival aims at promoting respect for the diversity of respective groups. It seeks to convey valuable messages related to conflict, racism, immigration, and cultural differences
