Our film festival (formerly Community Media Film Fest) is an opportunity for YOU to gain recognition in YOUR community for exceptional local media and video production. Are you an Oregon resident or non-profit with a non-commercial video you take pride in? We want to see it! Our goal is to celebrate creativity, skill, and culture within Oregon. 45th Parallel Film Fest is organized and hosted by Capital Community Media (CC:Media), a public access center Located in Oregon's capital city of Salem. This event is made possible through the generous support of Hoss Sauce, Bearscat Bakehouse, The Morning Plunge, Specialty Services LLC, REMAX Integrity Foundation, and PressPlay Magazine.
