The International Alexandria Short Film Festival is devoted entirely to short films and takes place each year in Alexandria, Egypt, with screenings at venues including the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. It is organised by the Art Circle Association with the support of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, and its first edition took place in 2015.

The programme has four competitions: international, Arab, Egyptian student films and international AI films. Fiction, documentary and animation up to 30 minutes are accepted. The main award, the Golden Hypatia, is named after the philosopher and mathematician of ancient Alexandria; the Hypatia Award for live-action fiction is an Academy Award qualifying prize. The dates for the 13th edition are 10–15 April 2027.
