Alice e le altre Film Festival was born in 2014, focusing on cinema made by women. The goal of the Festival is to elevate cinema made by woman from the marginal position it had back in those days, and leading it where it belongs. Nowadays the percentage of female writers is 12%, producers is 22% and female directors only 7.5%. To be considered, films must be directed by, written by or produced by women.
