المهرجان هو التجمع السنوي لكل المهتمين بالرسوم المتحركة في مصر: الستوديوهات والمستقلين والطلبة والجامعات والهواة والجمهور العام. وبيقدم فرصة كويسة ومطلوبة للاطلاع على مشهد الرسوم المتحركة محلياً وعالمياً من خلال لعديد من الورش والمحاضرات والنقاشات وعروض الأفلام والمسابقات والسوق وفرص التعارف والتشبيك. كمان هو الدافع والمشجع للعديد من فرص التعاون مع شركاء ومهرجانات عالمية كتير لمصلحة صناعة الرسوم المتحركة في مصر. The festival is the annual meeting point for all the animation community in Egypt; studios, freelancers, students, academics, amateurs and general audience. It offers a much-needed window on the local and international animation scenes, through a multitude of workshops, talks, discussions, screenings, competitions, keynotes, networking sessions and markets. It is also the driving force of many collaborations and opportunities with international festivals and partners for the benefit of the animation industry in Egypt.
