International Experimental Animation Festival BEAR

Last year we had a festival focusing on the low-budget artists-individuals. We received more than 500 works from all over the world. But nonetheless, many of them were created by studios and not by individuals. Individual artists were largely the creators of experimental animations. Therefore we decided to organize our 2nd festival with only one section and call it "experimental".
