Arkadia Shortfest

We invite you to be part of an unconventional International Film Festival which takes place in Romania, this summer: 5 full days of screenings, special events, art exhibits, parties and one witty short film competition, everything happening on the beach. We'll reinvent the concept of space and art and we challenge you to be part of the big picture!
