International Film Festival of Larissa

Make sure all your info and official screening copy is uploaded and OPEN for download and all photos, stills, descriptions, bios are uploaded at your submission page. This is the only place we take our information, not separate emails as it is impossible to track extra material in double from each submitter between FilmFreeway and our email. The Larissa international Film Festival – Artfools takes place every year end of March to beginning of April, in the city of Larissa, Greece, held by ‘’Artfools ‘’, a civil non-profit organization for Arts and Culture in Larissa. In its official competitive section, the Festival features short length films of digital nature with a running time up to 20 minutes, along with a non-competitive section of Retrospectives and Tributes to important leading international filmmakers, film masterclasses, cinema seminars, photography exhibitions and book presentations. This year (2022), the festival will take submissions for a special, non-competitive section dedicated to short films, feature or documentaries, on climatic change, with a running time up to 30 minutes. For this environmental program, you can submit your films beginning Monday, August 30. The submitting period ends on November 12, 2021.
