This boutique style festival is more eclectic than most. Each year, audiences and filmmakers attending the festival can expect: the most competitive sci-fi film short competition and top-quality featured film shorts. The mission of our annual Sci-fi (SF) Film Festival is to provide screens for an all-inclusive community of sci-fi creatives to present the finest independent SF films locally and internationally. To increase cultural diversity and interest in SF film/TV, to inspire and strengthen the SF film community by cultivating an engaged audience. Creating indie SF films are becoming less intimidating with today’s technology, creating a fertile ground for nurturing new talent and exploring concepts mainstream studios may not support. We believe in encouraging rich storytelling, filled with infinite possibilities that challenge us and question our perception of the future!
