Selected filmmakers sign a notice of consent, and acceptance is conditional on meeting the promotional, press kit, information and exhibition copy requirements sent with the acceptance email; press materials are not accepted before notification. Accepted films are screened from DCP or .mov files, depending on the venue. Featured or special programming screened for a licensing fee is not eligible for awards. Submission fees are non-refundable.
