Il s'agit d'un festival orienté vers les enjeux liés à l'insularité, la préservation du patrimoine et l'histoire au sens large. Sa première édition a accueilli une dizaine de courts et moyens métrages venant de partout au Canada. ---------------------------------------- Caméra Insulaire is the only film festival located on the island of Orleans, one of the most precious place for the history of Quebec. This festival articulate itself aroud questions of insularity, heritage and history at large. The first edition welcomed almost a dozen of short and medium formats from everywhere in Canada.
