The Cascade Festival of African Films is the longest running African Film Festival in the United States. We are dedicated to showing Africa through an African Lens. We are primarily a non-competitive festival which runs for five weeks every February and March at the Hollywood Theatre and Portland Community College completely free to the community. *If you have any issues using the credit card payment system on this site please contact the festival.
