We are open for submissions! Absolute deadline is January 19th, 2020. Guidelines for Submissions Chester International Film Festival is delighted to offer animators the chance to submit work for our Animation Festival to accompany the 2020 programme. We are planning a special stand alone night within the festival for all the shorts to be shown, then voted on to decide the Audience Winner. All submissions are welcome, whether you are a professional or an amateur. This is the 34th Chester International Film Festival and the 7th Chester Animation Festival.
