Chicago International Indie Film Festival

HERITAGE | LIBERTY | EQUALITY The launch edition of the Chicago International Indie Film Festival (CIIFF 2021) wishes to focus the spotlight on the heritage of Indigenous peoples as well as on swing jazz whose birthplace is Chicago. In accordance with the former, CIIFF launches on Oct 11, on the occasion of the Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and the screenings begin on Nov 26. ~ ~ ~ Film Eligibility ~ ~ ~ This year, there is no date restriction for submissions. However, special emphasis would be accorded to films that highlight heritage, liberty, and equality. ~ ~ ~ Screenings ~ ~ ~ Entry is strictly by invitation. Covid protocol would be in place.
