A festival honoring films made in Ohio. This festival, an off-shoot of the Columbus International Film and Video Festival will highlight the best Ohio Filmmakers and the best Central Ohio High School Media Programs. All films must be SHOT IN OHIO. A maximum of 15 minutes in length and produced no earlier than Jan 1st, 2014. Please read the rest rules and terms to make sure you qualify.
