Its decisions are final and announced at the closing ceremony. Recipients must acknowledge the distinction and the festival in their film credits and related publicity.","2023 edition: Entry is free and open internationally. Participants must be adults and hold the necessary rights; school films require an adult representative. Films run 1–60 seconds including credits, with up to ten extra seconds considered by the organisers. Fiction, documentary, animation and experimental films are eligible; institutional and commercial works are excluded. Films must date from 2021 onwards. Each entrant may submit up to three works separately. Previous screenings and online availability are allowed, but films entered in earlier editions are ineligible. Non-Spanish dialogue requires Spanish subtitles. University entries must originate within higher education; the school showcase is noncompetitive. Organisers cannot compete.
