English: As a result of the isolation caused by the pandemic, the dynamics of culture have shown a growing flow of information and production within the audiovisual sector, which can act as a privileged lever for the sector's ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT. In the state of RONDÔNIA the production and consumption of CINEMA NACIONAL are still very low, in this sense a comprehensive film festival contributes to the FOMENT AND HEATING of the sector in the state. The 1st Cine RO - Rondônia Film Festival is a festival that intends to talk about the past and the future, pains and glories, problems and solutions, intends to present to the public aesthetically impeccable films and films that do not seek technical perfection, but they present urgent discussions to be presented to viewers. Multiplicity, diversity and representativeness will mark our first edition. Português: Em decorrência do isolamento, provocada pela pandemia, a dinâmica da cultura tem apresentado um crescente fluxo de informação e produção dentro do audiovisual, o que pode funcionar como uma alavanca privilegiada para o DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONÔMICO E CULTURAL do setor. No estado de RONDÔNIA a produção e consumo de CINEMA NACIONAL ainda são muito baixos, nesse sentido um festival de cinema abrangente contribui para o FOMENTO E AQUECIMENTO do setor no estado. O 1º Cine RO – Festival de Cinema de Rondônia é um festival que pretende falar do passado e do futuro, das dores e das glórias, dos problemas e das soluções, pretende apresentar ao público filmes esteticamente impecáveis e filmes que não buscam a perfeição técnica, mas apresentam discussões urgentes de serem apresentadas aos espectadores. Multiplicidade, diversidade e representatividade marcarão nossa primeira edição.
