About The first Palatka Art and Film festival is a two-day event that takes place on 03.12.22 through 03.14.22. It showcases the best film, art, and photography both nationally and internationally. We believe that every artist from every town around the world deserves recognition, education, and encouragement. We embrace every inspirational voice and celebrate their interpretive work that is revealed through film, animation, writing, photography, and art. About The Founder The festival was founded by Shalisha Bynoe, owner of Amina Gold Publishing & Media Inc. She recognized that aspiring screenwriters, filmmakers, and photographers have limited avenues to showcase, market, and have their work recognized by a larger audience. This led to the organization's creation; to allow others to build worlds, conquer planets, and become legendary creators in their own right. No matter what never give up! Create & Conquer!
