MOA is offering up to 10 emerging artists / filmakers / animators a $250 honorarium to be part of our new mobile, pop-up theatre that will tour to a variety of arts and cultural events in Colorado. The museum is seeking short animations and films (5 min or less) to create a unique visitor experience. The primary location it will be showcased at is Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre, which hosts major concerts throughout the summer months. Over 250,000 patrons visit the venue each concert season. The Museum commissioned local artist, engineer and fabricator, Nick Geurts to build this unique art experience. Geurts founded Yetiweurks and has created major installations for a variety of festivals and events, including Burning Man.
