Cyrus International Film Festival of Toronto

In honour of Cyrus the Great, the first to establish the laws to protect universal human rights and to respect human diversity, Cyrus International Film Festival’s mission is to celebrate diversity in world cinema. The festival was established in 2015, but in a short period of time, it became a well-recognized international festival in Toronto with more than 10000 patrons each year. It is now after Tiff it is the most successful local festival that is held each year at TIFF Bell Light Box, the house of Toronto International Film Festival . We invite all filmmakers across the globe to submit their work to our annual festival. The seventh edition of the festival is scheduled for Nov 2021, if the COVID-19 grants us the chance. If there is no possibility for a physical festival the festival will be held online for this year.
