DOQUMENTA International Film Festival

The International Documentary Film Festival DOQUMENTA aims to open and offer diverse spaces and venues to showcase documentary films in Queretaro, Mexico, featuring a total of ten days of activities that will bring together filmmakers, producers, and audiences to this annual event. This year the online exhibition will be prioritized via our collaboration with Filminlatino, a streaming service part of IMCINE (Mexican Cinematography Institute). All activities related to this Festival will be subject to contingency laws established by local and international authorities. Call for entries will be open from 12:00 A.M. February 22nd until 11:59 P.M. May 30th, 2021 (GTM -6). All films must be submitted using the webpage www.FilmFreeway/festival/doqumenta Films selected will be notified on June 8th, 2021. The International Documentary Film Festival DOQUMENTA will take place from August 6th-15th, 2021 in Queretaro, Mexico. *Due to the global outbreak situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, the terms in this call for entries and our Festival’s program are subject to modifications to observe our local authorities' decrees.
