DreadFest Horror Film Festival

DreadFest is the Seattle area's horror film festival, FREE for fans and filmmakers alike! For the past 10 years, DreadFest has served as an outlet for local Seattle filmmakers to screen their short, independent horror films to a live audience as well as an ever-growing online fanbase. The first DreadFest back in October 2010 only consisted of a few entries and attendees, but word quickly spread, and more and more filmmakers created entries for the following years' film festivals. What started as a small get-together between friends has since snowballed into a large gathering of filmmakers and fright fans from all over the Pacific Northwest, and entries have been submitted from all across the country. Due to ongoing COVID restrictions in the area, we have decided that the best way to experience this year's film festival will be through a livestream.
