Eastern Sierra Mountain Film Festival

Based in the Eastern Sierra of Mammoth Lakes the Eastern Sierra Mountain Film Festival focuses on films that represent Mountain Culture, the environment and the lifestyle of Mountain living. We screen shorts and features documentaries that educate and enlighten the world around us on issues surrounding conservation, human rights, indigenous culture, climate change, endangered species, outdoor sports and more. Started during the pandemic our inaugural event in April 2021 was held virtually. We are planning a live 4 day event for 2022 as long as the sanctions keep progressing in a positive trajectory and do not take any down turns with Covid cases. We have a supportive community for the ESMFF as most locals are action adventure enthusiasts and environmentalists and simply care about the worlds conservation and its future.
