FeCHA - Festival de Cine Hispanófono de Atenas

FeCHA is Festival de Cine Hispanófono de Atenas and was first organized in 2016 with great success. The festival focuses on screening current Spanish- speaking films from Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Chile, Colombia, etc. showcasing the rich cinematic wealth of these countries. The festival, since June 2016, has attracted more than 15.000 audience members. Multi-awarded films from Spain and Latin America premiere at the festival. With its sold- out screenings and a diverse programme Athens has shown its love for Spanish speaking culture and cinema. Part of the festival is cortoFeCHA, a screening of a collection of Spanish speaking short films from Spain and Latin America, which are screened with free entry to the public. ____________ FeCHA (Festival de Cine Hispanófono de Atenas) es el primer Festival de Cine Hispanohablante en Atenas, Grecia. Se organizó con gran éxito y por primera vez en 2016. El festival se centra en la promoción de estrenos en lengua española producidos por países como España, Argentina, México, Cuba, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador etc., enfatizando en la riqueza cinematográfica de estos países. El festival se celebra desde el junio de 2016 y en los últimos cuatro años ha tenido más de 15.000 espectadores. Se proyectan películas premiadas y en estreno de España y Latinoamérica. El público griego mostró su amor hacia el cine y la cultura hispanohablante. Parte de este festival es cortoFeCHA, que estrena una colección de cortometrajes hispanohablantes de España y Latinoamérica, con entrada gratuita al público.
