El Festival de Cine Independiente de Sogamoso - FECISO busca posicionarse como el espacio que reúna las visiones, preocupaciones e intereses de los realizadores cinematográficos tanto locales como nacionales e internacionales, así como un puente entre las producciones y los espectadores locales que buscan sumergirse en el mundo del cortometraje. Un mundo diverso, ecléctico; lleno de propuestas atrevidas e intrépidas que sean el reflejo tanto de los guardianes de la imagen y el sonido que los realizan como del lugar en el que sus deseos encuentran representación, que nos permitan viajar desde el rincón más pequeño del departamento de Boyacá hasta la ciudad más lejana del mundo, de la mano de su gente, su cosmovisión, sus sueños, sus miedos, sus visiones, pero sobre todo de su cine. __________________________________________________________________________________________ The Festival de Cine Independiente de Sogamoso – FECISO seeks to position itself as the space that brings together the visions, concerns and interests of both local and national and international filmmakers.
