Festiwal Polskich Filmów Sportowych to ogólnopolski, konkursowy przegląd najlepszych osiągnięć filmowej twórczości dokumentalnej o szeroko rozumianej tematyce sportowej, przeznaczony wyłącznie dla krajowych twórców. Formuła uczestnictwa w fazie selekcyjnej jest otwarta. Celem Festiwalu jest promocja polskich filmów dokumentalnych (krótko- i pełnometrażowych) o tematyce sportowej, a także propagowanie zdrowego stylu życia. Wydarzenie zaplanowano w dniach 8-11 grudnia 2021 roku w Zakopanem. Festiwal odbędzie się w formule tradycyjnej. Projekcje konkursowe odbędą się w kinie „Giewont”, znajdującym się przy ul. Kościuszki 4. Ceremonia rozdania nagród odbędzie się podczas Gali Finałowej Festiwalu, zaplanowanej 11 grudnia w kinie „Giewont” w Zakopanem. Wyniki Festiwalu zostaną też opublikowane na jego oficjalnej stronie internetowej festpfs.pl. Festiwal podzielony jest na dwie sekcje konkursowe: dla filmów pełnometrażowych (powyżej 40 minut) oraz dla filmów krótkometrażowych (do 40 minut). Filmy będą ocenione przez dziewięcioosobowe Jury. Zgłaszane filmy muszą być formę dokumentalną i dotyczyć tematyki sportowej. *** The Polish Sports Film Festival is a nationwide competition for the best film documentary achievements on sports, intended exclusively for Polish filmmakers. The formula for participation in the selection phase is open. The aim of the festival is to promote Polish documentaries (short- and full-length) on sports in a broad sense, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle. The event is scheduled for December 8-11, 2021 in Zakopane. The festival will be held in the traditional formula. Competition screenings will take place in the "Giewont" cinema, located at ul. Kościuszki 4. The award ceremony will take place during the Final Gala of the Festival, scheduled for December 11th at the "Giewont" cinema in Zakopane. The results of the festival will also be published on its official website festpfs.pl. The festival is divided into two competition sections: for full-length films (over 40 minutes) and for short films (up to 40 minutes). The films will be judged by a nine-person jury. The submitted films must be documentary and related to sports.
