Festival Internacional de las Artes Cinematograficas de San Cristobal de las Casas Festival Screenings will be held in 2021 In San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. Due to the Covid 19 events might be changed or postponed depending of all restricions and surge of covid contagios. We are working hard to bring the best promotion of our Festival under a safe environment, Please do not rush festival administration, we are doing our best in our hands according to the local laws and rules that our possible venues are having, and we do not want to fall in any liability or unfortunate actions against our audience, filmmakers or state or local Authorities. -------- ------- The Film Selections and Film Winners will have their program schedule and their Screenings will happen to a live audience All Genres are Welcome and encourage to submit. Submissions of National Films and International Films Compete as equal. Type : Feature Film, Short Film, Documentary Feature, Documentary shortfilm, Music Video, Animation, Indigenous, Environmental . Genres : Drama, Comedy, Sci Fiction, Action, Fantasy, Horror, Art etc. All Films must have English subtitles for all non-Spanish and English Language entries. Spanish subtitles are encouraged but not a most. FIAC San Cristobal de las Casas encourage all type of works of Cinema. FIAC San Cristobal reserves the right to NOT engage in conversations with Directors, Producers before the Film Selections, Unless you have questions regarding the program and locations. Festival will take place on these diferent locations : Sala Bellas Artes - Screenings and Conferences. Teatro de la Ciudad Hermanos Dominguez - Inaguration and Closure. Teatro Daniel Zebadua - Screenings.
