iFAC is launching itself as a means to develop film base at a place which is completely dependent on outsourcing technicians and even equipments from outside states. Main reason to choose Kahsmir was to eliminate outsourcing in order to add in a source of income within the state. This year, looking at the current situation, we'll run from our base Mumbai.
