Fine Cut is a collection of short films from SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SCHOOLS ONLY (ONE SUBMISSION PER PERSON) ranging from from cutting-edge animation to the best in documentary cinema, this festival calls out for filmmaking’s most original in all genres. All short films selected will be part of one of a series of half-hour broadcast episodes on KCET (Southern California), and all accepted shorts are eligible for awards in the Competition.
