First Annual Ohio River Valley Short Film Festival

Dave Shelton (Festival Director) April 9th, 2021 __________________________________________________________________________________ The 1st Annual Ohio River Valley Short Film Festival will be held in historic Paden City, West Virginia on April 9th, 2021 at the Paden City Library, 114 South 4th Street, Paden City, WV 26159. This is a very special festival produced by multi-award winning film and TV writer Dave Shelton (Everbody Loves Raymond, National Lampoon). Paden City is a peaceful town set along the Ohio River, about 40 miles south of Wheeling. It is the home to the world renowned Paul Wissmach Glass Company and Marble King, the world's top manufacturer of marbles. AWARDS CEREMONY will be held immediately after the festival. Festival is not responsible for transportation or lodging to the Festival. Media will be in attendance.
