Created by Greg Ropp, President of the Eerie Horror Film Festival, & Spirit Quest Film Festival, & John Walkiewicz, Vice-President of the Eerie Horror Film Festival, movie producer, & a veteran of local media. The Flagship City International Film Festival was formed in order to present our audiences with a diverse selection of some of the best independent films from around the world while providing our selected filmmakers and screenwriters with the exposure they deserve for all of their hard work and efforts.
