Frame by Frame is an international student film festival that celebrates the use of technology in the art of film. Frame by frame will be returning for a 2020- 2021 season. Look for submissions opening on November 1, 2020. This year, the festival will be expanding its categories from just high school special effects and high school animation into the following four categories: Youth (18 and under) digital editing and special effects Youth (18 and under) digital animation University digital editing and special effects University digital animation
