The Third Annual Saint Paul Frozen Film Festival will take place February 7-10th, 2018. It will be a four-day celebration of independent film, parties, panels, and new this year, we will be featuring a VIP Music Experience and a Digital Technology experience. All held in North America's most romantic city, ST. PAUL, MN. As the capital city, Saint Paul has a beautiful downtown, filled with a great arts community, restaurants, hotels, shops, and more. Come and check out America's most romantic city in the heart of Winter! Join us for the third annual festival.
