SUBMIT YOUR WORK FOR A CHANCE TO BE SCREENED AT THE FIRST GIPHY FILM FEST IN NEW YORK CITY THIS NOVEMBER AND FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE OF $10,000 + MORE. -All submissions must be micro-films: up to 18 seconds of loopable HD content (HD mp4 files only: 16:9, 1080p) -We will accept works published in the last two years (since Aug 2016). -Submissions with and without sound are accepted.
