HERO AND TIME INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the "Hero and Time" International Film Festival we regret to inform you that the event has been postponed and will take place in 2022. All films submitted in 2020 and 2021 will be considered for the next festival in 2022! Faced with the situation linked to the coronavirus pandemic, the Administration of the Stavropol Region with tremendous disappointment decided to cancel all public events on the territory scheduled for 2020 and all international large events for 2021. The rationale behind this decision and the international situation compel us to act with lucidity and responsibility. We all perfectly understand that this forced measure is necessary to preserve the health and lives of Russian citizens and of our guests from different countries. We intend to show our respect and our deep gratitude to the health care providers, as well as to all those who choose solidarity and the public interest. We sincerely thank you for the support provided to our project! We are looking forward to our cooperation in preparation for the second edition of the Festival which we are tentatively planning for 2022. The Festival draws attention to a realistic figure of the hero who can be identified with the modern age (nowadays). Zheleznovodsk is an ideal place for our unique international film festival "Hero and Time". It will promote cultural development of this region and make the name of Caucasus Mineral Waters -situated at the foot of the highest European mountain The Elbrus- recognizable all over the world. The visit to this unique place will be a memorable event in the life of the participants and the guests of the Festival.
