Hope in the Heights Film Festival

Hope in the Heights is a Faith Based & Family Film Festival. We will have a single day event at the Tampa Bay Christian Academy in Tampa Florida. There we'll be screening the selected films, holding filmmaker panels, autograph and photo sessions and even a red carpet! The following categories will win awards: BEST FEATURE BEST DOCUMENTARY BEST SHORT BEST ACTOR BEST ACTRESS BEST DIRECTOR BEST SONG The Festival is in place to raise funds for the Faith Based Feature Film MESSAGES OF HOPE and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Tampa Bay Christian Academy to help them with their various under privileged children programs. The BEST SHORT will also be included on the upcoming DVD release of the MESSAGES OF HOPE Feature Film! 100% of the profits from the Messages of Hope film will be donated to the Tampa Bay Christian Academy in Jephte' Germain-Rogers' name who passed away earlier this month after being struck by a car outside the school. These donations will fund a scholarship to help students who exhibit the spirit and joy that Jephte' shared with all who met him to attend the Academy. Former Tampabay Buccaneer and Superbowl Champion Michael Clayton will be on hand to sign his new book, CHASING MY ROOKIE YEAR! Miss America 2011/Miss World 2012 April Lufriu will also be on hand for pictures and to talk to the crowd! Dawn Reese and the Hollywood Connection crew will be on hand to provide Interviews LIVE Facebook updates and train junior interviewers! There will be actors, actresses and other celebrities there to meet, greet and take pictures with.
