IFF Integrazione Film Festival

IFF-Integrazione Film Festival Inclusion, Identity, Interculture The Ruah Cooperative announces the 16th edition of IFF-Integrazione Film Festival, an international competition of short fiction and documentary films dealing with the theme of integration between people of different cultural backgrounds. Sponsored by the Ruah Cooperative with Lab 80 film and a network of other organizations, it will be held in Bergamo and Sarnico (BG) from May 10-14, 2022. The types of films that can be entered: -Those that document positive aspects of the multicultural, multilingual and multireligious reality; -Those that portray experiences of coexistence that are possible because of openness toward dialogue, to exchanging ideas, and not fearful when dealing with conflict; Those that represent: -Effective ways of inclusion, as the ability to give citizenship and to offer equal opportunities to what is new, different and a minority; -The Hybrid Identities as a result of multiple allegiances (of culture, language, religion, gender, generation, etc.), but also Intact Identities in order to be protagonists; Intercultural interactions, as the way to manage a bilateral meeting of mutual and equal recognition, in an effort to give a sense to each other. 3 fixed points gathered in the letter “I” of Integration in the logo, the key-word and the heart of the Festival, around which must be developped all those nuances of a complex and long-term process. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IFF-Integrazione Film Festival Inclusione, Identità, Intercultura Per i film italiani si chiede di inserire le informazioni in piattaforma FilmFreeway in lingua italiana. È indetta la 16a edizione di IFF- Integrazione Film Festival, concorso internazionale di cortometraggi di finzione e documentari capaci di raccontare l’integrazione tra persone di diversa appartenenza culturale. Promosso da Cooperativa Ruah con Lab 80 film e una rete di altri enti, si terrà a Bergamo e Sarnico (BG) dal 10 al 14 maggio 2022. Possono essere iscritti film che: -Documentino aspetti positivi della realtà multiculturale, multi linguistica e multi religiosa; -Raccontino esperienze di convivenza possibile perché aperte al dialogo, basate sul confronto reciproco e capaci di so-stare nei conflitti; Rappresentino: -Modalità virtuose di Inclusione, cioè la capacità di dare cittadinanza e offrire pari opportunità a ciò che risulta nuovo, diverso e minoranza; -Le Identità Ibride in quanto frutto di molteplici appartenenze (culturali, linguistiche, religiose, di genere, generazionali, ecc.), ma Integre per poter essere soggetto protagonista; -Interazioni Interculturali, cioè quel modo di gestire l’incontro in una logica bidirezionale, di valorizzazione reciproca e alla pari, nello sforzo di darsi reciprocamente senso. 3 punti fermi posizionati nel logo sulla I di Integrazione, parola chiave e perno del Festival intorno alla quale sviluppare tutte quelle sfumature proprie di un processo complesso e a lungo termine.
