IMMAGI]NA Film Festival

IMMAGI]NA Film Festival è un festival di experimental film e dance for camera giunto alla terza edizione. Il festival è organizzato e promosso da ArtGarage, centro coreografico di produzione delle arti performative contemporanee. Uno luogo unico in Campania (IT) che oltre a sostenere residenze e creazioni da sempre si dedica alla diffusione delle arti visive in ogni sua forma attraverso l'organizzazione di mostre, proiezioni, incontri, festival. Dopo anni di pausa, dovuti all'intensa attività produttiva per la danza, riparte, vestito di nuova forma, il festival solo per film sperimentali e video danza. IMMAGI]NA FILM FESTIVAL si concentra sull'interazione tra la danza e le tecniche del cinema, esplorando le possibilità e i confini di queste forme d'arte. Ad IMMAGI]NA FF intendiamo presentare opere filmiche di grande impatto e originalità, in grado di valorizzare i talenti di regist* e videomaker sperimentali provenienti da ogni angolo del mondo. Sono previste due categorie: Experimental Film (opere dai 5 ai 50 minuti) e Dance for camera (suddivisa a sua volta in due sottocategorie: Cortometraggi e Documentary). ENG. The festival is organized and promoted by ArtGarage, a choreographic center of production of contemporary performing arts. A unique place in Campania (IT) that in addition to supporting residencies and creations has always been dedicated to the dissemination of visual arts in all its forms through the organization of exhibitions, screenings, meetings, festivals. After years of pause, due to the intense production activity for dance, it starts again, dressed in a new form, the festival only for experimental film and video dance. IMMAGI]NA FILM FESTIVAL focuses on the interaction between dance and film techniques, exploring the possibilities and boundaries of these art forms. At IMMAGI]NA FF we aim to present film works of great impact and originality, capable of highlighting the talents of experimental filmmakers and video makers from all corners of the world. There will be two categories: Experimental Film (works from 5 to 50 minutes) and Dance for camera (divided into two subcategories: Short Films and Documentary).
