Innsbruck Nature FILM Festival (INFF)

The INNSBRUCK NATURE FILM FESTIVAL will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this year in October 2021. Being the heart and origin of the INTERNATIONAL NATURE FESTIVAL, it will be presenting cinematic works from all over the world. Films of various genres that revolve around the environment, nature and sustainability can be submitted up until 15.07.2021. 50 exceptional entries will make it into the main programme. Whether short or long, real, animated or fictional, on the mountain, in the desert, the city, at the end of the world or right on your doorstep: all films deal with the life-defining theme that is the environment and nature. You are nature. We are nature. Film is nature. Since 2020 we have moved to Cinema Metropol where we can show films on a big screen to 240 spectators and use the so called „Couch-room“ for cozy discussions.
