We are orginizing 10th International Second Hand Film Festival which will be held during April 7 - 10, 2016 in Ankara, Turkey. Also, this year's festival concept is "theirs." This festival does not eliminate anyone! All the full-length, short-length, documentary, and animation films are added to the festival program.
