IPIFF INDEPENDENT PRODUCERS INDIE FILM FESTIVAL

The Union of Film and Audiovisual Producers of Romania (UPFAR-ARGOA) has been organizing the Festival of the Independent Producers Indie Film - IPIFF ever since 2006, upon the initiative of film director Dinu Tanase. As of 2013, IPIFF has been promoting and supporting the productions of the truly independent film producers, who have not benefitted public funds from the National Centre of Cinematography (CNC). It is an annual Independent event for Feature, Shorts, Documentary, Student Films. The Award Ceremony will be held in a Cinema Hall where the trophies and laurels will be granted. All the IPIFF editions are the Official IMDb Award Listing Qualifier. Film lovers from Bucharest will have again the chance to go to the cinema and see the latest premieres of the independent film producers - feature films, short films and documentaries as well as a number of short films made by students with the film University.
