Iranian Film Festival Vienna

The Intercultural Film Forum Vienna GOAL: "INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON DIVERSITY" The IFF Vienna was founded to promote art, culture, film and especially international cultural exchange. The non-profit Intercultural Film Forum Vienna has the aim to promote the engagement and diversity in art, culture and film.The association offers support for film projects throughout the year and organizes Festivals, workshops, seminars, film screenings and exchange with other cultures and countries. To achieve one of this goal, the Iranian film festival Vienna will be held annually from 2022 to make a plattform to exchange between Iranian cinema culture & Austrian cinema culture. The festival accepts fiction films by Iranian filmmakers. Any submitted film must have subtitles in German and in English. The festival accepts only fiction films. Any submitted film must have been produced between 2020-2022 If possible, any submitted film should celebrate its premiere in Austria. If accepted DCP and a QuickTime/H264 file of the film must reach festival by May 1, 2022. By submitting the entries, submitters confirm that they are the rights holder of their films. The festival won’t pay any fees to films that enter the competition.
